"This book was well written! For a category that is not really something I am drawn to, I absolutely loved it! If you are a huge fan of the Hunger Games, or in anything in relation (I was not, haven't read or even seen the movie series) this is a way more interesting plot to follow. I could not put it down once I got into it (which is an understatement. It was a Christmas gift I asked for and finished it before "Christmas Break" was over). Bonus for an enjoyable hardcover feel and the details within the pages design. Cannot wait to read Book 2!!"

"I recently purchased "The Enterprize" directly from the author's website. It's a unique blend of genres that surprisingly stands on its own. This novel is a mix of The Hunger Games, Big Brother (the TV Show), and some of the romantic tension found in Twilight. The author captures the essence of Big Brother very well - the manipulation of emotions, and the strategic alliances. There are many twists and turns that keep you guessing and wanting more. The main character struggles with survival and wanting to keep the ones she loves alive - which is complicated because only one can survive and win. "The Enterprize" is a must-read. The author is great at crafting a world and characters. Some of the characters you will love and hate to see go, and some that you will love to hate. Each and every character has a place in the story. It's a great read!"

"I inhaled this book over three days, and am dying for more! It had been a while since I’d read something in dystopian YA and this was a great way to get back into it. I was rooting for Iris throughout each moment, exasperated and worried for her during each scene, and emotionally wrung out when I collapsed onto the final page. This is an incredible experience of someone who’s never gotten to interact with other people their whole life, trying to figure out what to do, while struggling to survive in a killing field. What in the world is a girl to do? I think everyone needs to grab a copy and read The Enterprize! Cannot wait for book 2!"

"A great first book. First—off, this book is a little different than what I expected. Without reviews, I took a chance just based on the premise, which sounded fun. I’m not a huge reader of dystopian books, but Hunger Games, the Scythe series, Maze Runner, etc are some of my favorites books, and this definitely has a similar feel. The Enterprize did not disappoint! A group of “criminals” are housed together to compete against each other in a series of competitions, with the victor selecting two competitors to be put on “death row”. The remaining competitors must vote on who will actually be eliminated, or die. It moves fast and keeps you guessing the whole time. There is good character development, which will likely have you picking sides and not wanting your favorite character to be voted out. Sorry, it’s just going to happen! Overall—definitely recommend and I hope there is a second book."
